The 1790 Census shows Abijah Adams and family living in Killingly in Windham County, Connecticut.

In 1800 he was still in Killingly, Windham, Connecticut.

On 7 Feb 1805 Abijah Adams died in Windham County, Connecticut. leaving a will naming 5 sons and 7 daus. (His wife Mary had died in 1800.):
