Mrs. Lena Adams, 61, of Chapmanville, died Tuesday at her home. Funeral services will be conducted today at 2pm at the home by the Rev. Roy Phillips. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby. Born November 10, 1904, she was a daughter of the late General and Delitha Donahoe Adams. Survivors include the husband, Karo Adams; two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Dingess of Chapmanville and Mrs. Barbara Nichols of Logan; a son, Wilburn Adams of Chapmanville; a sister, Mrs. Pinkie Drainer of East Lynn, and 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The body has been taken from the James Funeral Home at Logan to the residence.
Cause: Pulmonary Failure due to Severe Edema due to Bronchiogenic Carcinoma
