Her last name at birth was Bias. Death record names parents and husband. Census record showing her with parents. Please edit and change her last name at birth.
LNAB has been changed. I am unable to find any records to indicate a last name of Adkins and she passed before her husband so another marriage is very unlikely. I adopted this profile and had not had the time to research or make changes to it, but if she has no connection to the Adkins surname then I'll leave the profile up for adoption.
