Mary was born in 1834. She passed away in 1894 in Sodaville, Oregon. [1]
Her obituary states: ATTERBURY.--At Sodaville, Linn county, May 22, 1894, Mrs. G.R.P. Atterbury, aged about 60 years. Mrs. Atterbury has been for many years a resident of this county, but went to Sodaville a few months ago, hoping to benefit her health which had been poor for a long time. The change proved of no avail and she finally passed away. She was a sister of Messrs. John and B.C. Agee of this county and leaves to mourn her death a husband and seven grown children, besides many relatives and a large circle of friends, who will long remember her many deeds of kindess and sympathy, ever willingly given to whomsoever was in distress.
