Daniel Agee was born in Virginia.
Daniel Agee was born in 1818 Franklin County, Virginia to Levi Jesse Agee and Sarah Maxey. Daniel is listed with his parents in 1850 Mercer County, Virginia.[1]
Daniel married Martha Lane on 14 June 1855 in Mercer County, Virginia. Her parents were Moses Lane and Cynthia Lawrence.[2]
In 1860 Daniel and Martha are living in Wyoming County, Virginia and have four children.[3]

Daniel's wife Martha dies in 1868 and he marries Nancy Pittman Wiley on 23 June 1871 Wyoming County, West Virginia.[4]
Daniel and Nancy settle in Raleigh County, West Virginia by 1880 and have a 9 year old son, Alonzo L. Agee.[5]
Daniel H. Agee passed away in 1897 Raleigh County, West Virginia and is buried in the Agee Cemetery, Egeria, Mercer County, West Virginia.[6]
