Biography
- Quentin Agnew, 3rd of Lochnaw was the son of Andrew Agnew, 2nd of Lochnaw and unknown daughter Macdowall. He married Mariota Vaux, daughter of Robert Vaux of Barnbarroch and Euphemia Graham, in 1469. He died in 1498.
- Between 1469 and 1489 he was involved in raiding. He held the office of Hereditary Sheriff of Galloway between 1484 and 1498, 3rd. He held the office of Provost of Wigton in 1488.
