Biography
Major Charles Agnew was born circa 1796 at London, England.2 He married Mary Courtenay, daughter of Rt. Hon. Thomas Peregrine Courtenay and Anne Wynell-Mayow, on 25 December 1863.1,2 He died on 10 March 1869 at Willesden, London, England.
