Aitken-299 and Aitken-191 appear to represent the same person because: Same birthdate and parents. Gravestone photo on FindAGrave supports death year of 1952 rather than 1920, https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/35879202#view-photo=129390545 . (FaG index on FamilySearch has 1920 date, but clicking through to the actual record gives 1952.)
