Robert was born 30 March 1884 in Johnson County, Kentucky^[1]. He was the son of John Akers and Lucinda Davis. ^[2][3] Robert Martin AKERS passed away on 24 November 1944 in St. Mary's Hospital in Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia. ^[4] He was married to Minnie HOBSON.
