James was born 21 February 1711 in Mendon Massachusetts. He was the son of James Albee and Mary Thayer [1]
James first married Margaret Wheelock in 1739 in Mendon, Massachusetts.[2] James and Margaret had the following children:

James married second Hannah Parmenter 26 February 1754 in Milford, Massachusetts.[3] James and Hannah had the following children:

Seth July 5, 17?? [Note: in the record it looks like the year is 1751, however the mother is listed as Hannah, and all of James children are in chrological order. So, it should be assumed Seth was born sometime betweeh 1757-1763]
Timothy May 5, 1764
James died 19 Mar 1784 in Milford. James' will names wife Hannah; sons Barzillai, James, Seth and Timothy; and daughters Rachel, Margaret and Hannah.
