Marvin was born in 1892 in Pennsylvania. He married Sarah. He registered for the WWI draft in Northumberland County, Pennsylvania. [1] He and Sarah were living in Milton, Northumberland, Pennsylvania raising their children in 1930. It is not known when or where he died or is buried.
