Although the YDNA profiles of some of Anthony's descendants are well documented, not even one of the nearly 400 other Alexander participants in the Family Tree YDNA project is a reasonably close match to them. This suggests that Anthony had no brothers or cousins who migrated to the American colonies. If he left any brothers or close cousins behind in Europe, none of them has tested with FTDNA either; however, this lack may not mean a great deal since few Europeans have participated in FT's YDNA project.
