Research Notes

There is a possible marriage on ScotlandsPeople in Newton on Ayr, South Ayrshire on 7 Nov 1788 with Agnes McWhinnie. It is the only record (in South Ayrshire) in the small window between his age (18) and Gilbert's birth when he was 20. Arundel-166 18:46, 7 November 2023 (UTC)
