Research Note
Per Shepard, T. Watson. Register of The Deaths in Northampton, Massachusetts, From The First Settlement of The Town in 1653 to August 1824 (T. Watson Shepard, 1824) Page 6, there was a Hanna Alexander who died 27 Oct 1680.

This suggests three possibilities: 1) Hannah could have been a child of John and his first wife, which would suggest Unknown was likely named Hannah. 2) This could have been a child of John and Sarah; there is room between birth dates of listed children for another child.
3) And unlikely, this could have been a child of another Alexander. The reason this is unlikely is that all Alexanders on WikiTree today (10 Jul 2021) come from following ancestor: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Alexander-437.
