" he bequeeaths t oLife-Rent of his Houses, Lands, and Tenements, in the Manor of Limava dyto his wife Elizabeth, and at her Death, the Moiety of his land ofKil lane to his son James. If James soes not choose to reside at Killane,he enjoins him to dispose of the lands and Tenements to his Brothers,Lesli e and John. He settles and annuity on his son Oliver, who isdescribed a s residing in America.
