Tennie was born on February 10, 1904 in Moniteau County, Missouri and a son of Leander Allee and Viola Allee. He passed away of tuberculosis on April 15, 1923 at California in Moniteau County[1] and was buried in the Crown Hill Cemetery east of California, Molniteau County, Missouri. 1923.[2]
