Biography

Susannah Allen was born 31 August 1723 in Westborough[1] Susannah, d. Epharim and Susannah, Aug. 31, 1723.

She was baptized there 13 July 1729.[2] Susanna, d. Ephraim and Susanna, July 13, 1729. C.R.

She married, first, John Oake, 3 Nov 1742 in Westborough.[3] Susanna and John Oak, Nov. 3, 1742.

She married, second, John Butler about May 1754. Intentions of marriage published at Westborough[4] (Susannah and John Butler of Shrewsbury, int. May 18, 1754.) and at Shrewsbury (John and Susanna Oak of Westborough, int. May 19, 1754.)[5]

She passed away 6 Apr 1814.[6]

Butler, John m. Susanna Oak of Westboro', 1754. Chil. John, b. Sept. 24, 1754; Andrew, June 13, 1756; Elijah, April 17, 1758, and d. 1759; Susanna, March 15, 1760; Elijah, July 24, 1762; Sylvia, bap. Aug. 1764, removed to Winchester, N. H., 1766.[7]
