Biography
Mr. Allen was born in Georgetown, the son of the late John and Gertrude Dart Allen.
He is survived by three sisters and brothers-in-law, Clara and Charles Gipson of Amelia, Mildred and Tracy Gallimore of Georgetown, and Blanche and John Bisotti of Aberdeen; one half brother, Paul Robbins of Austin, Ind.; and many nieces and nephews.
