Harriet Ann ALLEN was born in 1838 in Rugeley, Staffordshire, England. She married William Arbuthnot BLAIN in October 1858 in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, England. They had two children during their marriage. She died in April 1906 in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England, at the age of 68.
