Allen-16125 and Allen-11265 appear to represent the same person because: same parents, same siblings, same place, similar dates.
Allen-11265 and Allen-16125 are not ready to be merged because: I'm not convinced that the parents of David's parents (i.e. the parents of Shy Ben) are accurate as listed for Allen-11265. Allen-16125 has no grandfather listed for this reason.
