(More research is needed). His parents were Harry Thorpe and Elizabeth Paling. Arthur and Suda had a son named Gordon Thorpe Jr. born in 1916, Canada.
By 1921, she is remarried to John Black and they had a daughter named Bonnie "Betty" Black. At this time they lived in San Francisco.
