According to the 1910 Census report, Edward's occupation was machinist in a machine shop. From this report we also gleen that Edward was born in Illinois but both his parents were born in New Jersey. Both his sons, Russell and Howard were born in New Jersey, so Edward must have moved back east before 1903.
