William Allen was born circa 1758, in Shenandoah county, Virginia, a son of Joseph Allen and Ruth White. On March 6, 1802, in Shenandoah county, Virginia, William Allen married Rachel Keeran. [1]
William Allen is found on the 1810 Census of Virginia. [2] William died July 27, 1826, in Shenandoah county, Virginia
