Biography
In about 1925 he married Martha Albertson. They had two sons, Harold Armstrong Allen Jr and Arthur Albertson Allen Sr. In 1930 he was President of his Automobile Agency.[1] In 1942 he was resident in Tacoma City, Washington State.
