THIS LICENSE AUTHORIZES any Judge of a Court of Record or Justice of the Peace or any License or Ordained Preacher of the Gospel, who is a citizen of the United States, to SOLEMNIZE MARRIAGE between W. H. Turner of Perry in the County of Ralls and State of Missouri who is over the age of twenty-one years and Mabel D Allen of Perry in the County of Ralls and State of Missouri who is under the age of eighteen years.
Harry P. Allen, father of the said Mabel D. Allen, has given his assent in writing to said marriage.
