Abigail Allen was born July 23, 1753, the daughter of Jeremiah Allen and Eunice Gardner of Manchester, Massachusetts[1][2]
In 1766, she moved with her parents to Yarmouth, Nova Scotia [3][4][5][2]
On July 21, 1777, she married Comfort Haley, son of Ebenezer Haley and Grace Bullen, who also settled in Yarmouth[2]. Their children included:
Abigail, born September 16, 1778, who married John VIckery, son of Moses[2]
Oliver, born November 26, 1779, who married Hannah Tinkham, daughter of Stephen[2]
Nancy, born November 10, 1781, who died in infancy[2]
Alexander, born November 22, 1782, who died in infancy[2]
Jeremiah, born October 26, 1784, who married Martha Shurtleff, daughter of Henry[2]
Comfort 2nd, born September 2, 1787, who married Rebecca Crosby, daughter of Ebenezer[2]
Eunice, born April 23, 1792, who married Thomas Allen, son of John 1st[2]
Abigail (Allen) Haley died before 1795, when her husband remarried[2]
Abigaile was mentioned on a memorial in Chebogue Cemetery, Rockville, Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia, Canada with a death date of 16 June 1793.[6]
