The entire family of Robert Allen and Margaret Jane Bailey moved from Euphrasia Township
Grey Co, Ont to Chilliwack, BC in October 1908. Some of the families later took up
homesteads in the Peace River Block B.C. Robert Elmer and Cecil Donovan went
there in 1928. Frank (Francis) in 1929, and William James in 1937. Frank and Cecil eventually moved to Powell River, BC.
