Before I adopted it, this is what the biography said: Mary was born in Weston, Massachusetts on 26 February 1734, daughter of Josiah and Elisabeth Allen.^[1] She was baptized in Weston on 3 March 1734.^[2]

However, I have found another vital record that proves differently. I have also found that this is NOT the Mary Allen who was married to Samuel Baker, as the parents are different.

Mary was born in 1735, the daughter of Josiah and Elizabeth Allen. ^[3]
