Please do not confuse this Ebenezer Allen, husband of Elizabeth Eddy and Sarah Waight, with Ebenezer, son of Daniel Allen. Both were born in Watertown, however, Daniel Allen's son relocated to Stonington, and married Ann Palmer. Several early publications have mistakenly created this false pedigree. The probate records of Daniel Allen clearly show that his son Ebenezer was in Stonington, Connecticut.
10. Ebenezer3 Allen (Daniel,2 Walter1) was born in "Watertown, Mass.. Dec. 26, 1674, but removed to Stonington, Conn., where he married Oct. 5, 1704, Anna Palmer, and was admitted to First Congre- gational Church, Oct. 7, 1705. The baptism of one child, Annie, is recorded Jan. 20, 1706. Nothing further is known of him, but he should not be confused, as is done in Bond's "Watertown Genealo- gies, with the Ebenezer Allen (1677-1770), son of Lewis Alien, who is not related.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Ebenezer by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Ebenezer:
The administration bond of Daniel Allen's estate indicates that Daniel's son Ebenezer removed to Stonington by 1705. Further there is a mariage and birth record there for Ebenezer Allen marrying an Annie Palmer in 1704 and having a daughter Annie in 1705/6. This Ebenezer was the son of Lewis Allen. I'd like to change the birth info and move this profile over to the correct parents. Any objections?
