By 1860, Jonathan and Lydia had moved to Rush Township, Jo Daviess County, Illinois. In 1866, the family settled in Table Rock Township, Pawnee County, Nebraska. Lydia (Koonce) Allison died on April 5, 1885, in Table Rock, Nebraska. She was buried in Table Rock Cemetery, in Table Rock. Jonathan N. Allison died on April 30, 1899, in Table Rock, Nebraska. He was buried in Table Rock Cemetery (no tombstone).
