James was born about 1805. He was the son of James Allison and Anne Maxwell. He passed away about 1875.
James Allison was an 1820 Settler, aged 18, in Scanlen's Party on the East Indian. Also in the party were his father James, 44, mother Ann, 39, and siblings: Sarah, 15, John, 12, Margaret, 10, Mary, 8, Joseph, 3 and Anne 1
