Camille was born in 1886. Camille Allison was the daughter of Isabelle McKay and an unknown man born in Illinois of Irish heritage surnamed Allison. Her mother married James Borland when she was about 10 years old and he became her stepfather. She lived in North Dakota with them until adulthood. By 1920 Camille was working as a stenographer in Seattle, Washington. In 1930 she was working as a stenographer for a furniture store in Riverdale, Multnomah, Oregon. She never married and was living in Canada when she passed away in 1974.[1]
