Biography

William Franklin Alvis was born in September, 1853 in Morgan, Alabama, United States, son of Henry S Alvis (1827–1894) and Margaret Catherine Maynard (~1825–1890).[1]

William (22) married Nancy Catherine Kilpatrick (16) (born on April 29, 1859 in Blount, Alabama) in 1876 in Cullman, Alabama. Their children were:

William (36) married Ruth Isabella Kilpatrick (1889) (born in Alabama) on June 6, 1890 in Cullman Co AL.

William died in 1907 in Falkville, Morgan, aged 53. He was buried in Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery, Falkville, Morgan County, Alabama.[1]
