Is birth location of Gloucester Virginia really Gloucester Massachusetts?

Marriage given as either 1641 in England or 1636 in Yorkshire, England.

Her husband's entry in the Dictionary of National Biography says that her father was Isaac Ambrose^[1] and refers to the DNB entry for Isaac, but this Isaac was 2 years younger than her husband and did not leave Oxford until 1624.^[2] This would make dating difficult as Ann's third child Union was born in 1641.^[3]
