Elizabeth was born in 1864 in Sheldwich, Kent, England. [1] She arrived in NZ on the ship "Stad Haarlem" as a 15 year old in 1879.[2]
Elizabeth and her husband David are interred in Patea General Presbyterian Cemetery (Plots 3544 & 3545), South Taranaki, NZ.

On 2 April 1871 in Teynham, Kent, England, with her parents Godfrey Amos and Mary Amos and her siblings Mary Ann Amos aged 10, Charles Amos aged 5, William Amos aged 3 and Alice Jane Amos aged 2. [1]
