Biography
Anders Andersen was born in about 1723 and died at age 95 in 1818 on Vætre farm. He married his first wife, Anna Velomsdatter until a change in 1772, and married Marta Olavsdatter of Gjerstad in 1773. Marta died in 1815 at age 79. Anders had five children with Anna: Velom, Anders, Ragnild, Kari, and Brita. He only had one child with Marta, a son named Olav born in 1775.[1]
