Augustus was born on 12 May 1873 in Texas. He was the son of Albert Galliton Anderson Jr. and Mary Caroline (Richardson) Anderson.^[1]

In the 1880 census Augustus (age 7) was living in Precinct 6, Hunt, Texas, United States. Marital Status: SingleRelation to Head of House: Son^[1]

Between 1917 and 1918 Augustus (age about 43) was living in Wichita, Texas.^[2]

Augustus died at the age of about 64 in 1938 and was buried in Loraine, Mitchell County, Texas, United States.^[3]
