Biography

Bertha "Bessie" was born in May 1874, the daughter of John B. Anderson and Ingeborg M. "Belle" Roe. She married Paul A. Hondo on 11 Aug 1893.^[1] They had children:

1. Bertha Erma "Byrdie" 1893-1966
2. Myrtle Verna 1896-1969

Bessie died on 11 Feb 1907 and was buried 13 Feb 1907 at Crystal Lake Cemetery.^[2]

In the 1880 census Betsie (age 7) was the daughter of John Anderson in Minneapolis, Hennepin, Minnesota, United States.^[3]

In the 1885 census Betsy (age 12) was in Brainerd, Crow Wing.^[4]

In the 1895 census Bertha (age 22) was in Minneapolis Ward 3, Hennepin.^[5]

In the 1900 census Paul (age 27) was the wife of Paul Hondo in Stillwater Ward 3, Washington, Minnesota.^[6]
