Biography

Sackarjas (Zacharias) Andersson was born on August 28, 1845 in Ingesby kvarn in Holm parish, Älvsborgs län Sweden. He was the son of miller/mjölnare Anders Persson and his wife Brita Kajsa Grelsdotter.^[1]

He marrried Carolina Hansdotter in Skee on October 16, 1868. They moved to Rölanda in Älvsborgs län on October 31, 1868.^[2]

The family lived in Prästhökesäter in Rölanda where Zacharias was a miller's hand. They had daughter Alma Carolina born on November 6, 1869 in Skee. They emigrated to the United States less than two months later, on December 20, 1869.^[3]

He immigrated ca 1867 and married Carolina ca 1869. They had children

He lived with wife Carolina and their children on 25 Street East in 1900. He was a stone mason. Caroline had given birth 13 times, and 8 of their children still lived in 1900.^[5]

He lived with his wife Carolina and children W??ll, Jacob, Mary and Sepora and David in Minneapolis, Hennepin, Minnesota in 1905.

He passed away on April 3, 1925 in Minnesota. he was the son of Andrew Pearson and Breta Kaysa.^[6] He is buried in Crystal Lake Cemetery, Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota.^[7]
