Willis was born about 1806. In 1832, he married Elizabeth Simmons. Later in 1849, Willis married Martha Jane Yon.

Anderson-12060 and Anderson-26203 appear to represent the same person because: These two are definitely the same person, Willis Anderson married Elizabeth Simmons in 1832, in 1849 he married Martha Jane Yon, who later married a Herrington.
