DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Thomas by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
Y-chromosome DNA test-takers in his direct paternal line on WikiTree:
Mike Anderson :
Family Tree DNA Y-DNA Test 111 markers, haplogroup R-F3987, FTDNA kit #16273, MitoYDNA ID T10999[compare] +
Y-Chromosome Test 500 markers, haplogroup CTS4931
Changed the place of Thomas' baptism from Toynton All Saints to Toynton St. Peter. The reason for this is that I could find no record in Toynton All Saints parish registers for Thomas' baptism but did find it in Toynton St. Peter's parish registers. All of his siblings were also baptized there. It's possible that D R Bray listed Toynton All Saints by mistake in his research.
