Brita Andersson was born on 1 Nov 1733 and baptized 25 Nov 1733 at Holy Trinity (Old Swedes Church) Wilmington, New Castle Co., Delaware to Peter Anderson and Kerstin Derickson.[1]
Marriage
She was the housekeeper of Hans Jurgen Smitt/Smith.
She married his son Ericus Smidt Sr. 22 Nov 1753 in Old Swedes Church.[2]
They had six children:
- Maria (Mary) (1754-1790) [3]
- Rachel Elizabeth (1755-1858)
- John (1757-1757) [4]
- Alexander D. "Ale" (1761-1836);
