Isaac was born ca 1851 in Manchester, Lancashire, England base on his age of 29 in 1881,^[1] 39 in 1891,^[2] and 49 in 1901.^[3] Isaac married Jane Stothard ca 1874 based on birth of daughter Elsie May Andrew in Manchester, Lancashire, England in 1875.^[4] Jane's father, Thomas Stothard was living with Isaac and family in the 1881 census. Sister-in-law Mary Stothard was living with Thomas and his family in the 1891 census.
