Esther Andrews was the daughter of Francis Andrews of Hartford and Fairfield.[1] Her 1649 estimated birth was probably based on the fact that her younger brother Thomas was baptized Jan. 1647/8. Jacobus' Families of Old Fairfield lists only her name.
Francis moved to Fairfield (no county in 1649) about 1648, placing her birth probably in Fairfield.
She was listed in her father's 6 January 1662 will, proved 5 March 1663 as Hester.[1]
