He married Evelyn Floris Denison on 23 February 1924 at Parramatta North, New South Wales, Australia[2].
Edward died on March 28, 1966 in Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia[3]and was buried at the Castlebrook Memorial Park, Windsor Road, Rouse Hill, New South Wales, Australia[4].
