Seth Andrews, youngest son and child of Anson Seeley Andrews, of Danbury, and Rockford, Illinois., and his wife, Elizabeth Butler, of Massachusetts, born 2d March, 1837, at Danbury ; married 21st June, 1860, Sylvia Sprague, who died 26th September, 1861, when second he married 6th September, 1866, Flora A. Philips. They reside at Rockford, Illinois.
HIS ONLY CHILD BY HIS FIRST WIFE, SYLVIA.
