MRS. G. E. CAMPBELL
Mrs. Grace E. Campbell, who passed away at Wauchope on the 10th August at the age of 78 years, was the widow of the late Alexander Bain Campbell. The deceased lady was born at Wauchope and lived in the district for most of her lifetime. She was widely known and her funeral was largely attended by relatives and friends' from Port Macquarie and Wauchope, and other parts of the district. Her late husband founded the 'Hastings Shire Gazette' at Wauchope.
