Biography
Herbert William was born on 21 Jul 1898 at 22 Kansas Avenue, Belfast, the son of James Andrews, gas office official, and his wife Mary Anne Allen.[1] In 1901 he was living at Kansas Avenue, Belfast, with his parents and his two brothers, George Allen and Ernest D.[2] In 1911 he was living at Glenburn Park, Belfast, with his parents and his two brothers, George Allen and David Ernest, and his cousins Laura Kingston and Charlotte Kingston.[3]
