Son of Prentiss Angell and Louis [sic] O Babcock, per his social security application.
In 1880, the parents were enumerated as Printis Angle and Lois.
He worked as a railroad conductor.
Prior to his marriage to Josephine L., he was married (by 1900 but after the census) to Elizabeth.
