Frances Violet Angell (married name Atkins) was born in 1896 in Kew, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of Barbara Ellen Angell and William Angell.[1]
She married Albert Atkins in 1922 in Victoria.[2]
Frances died on 12 August 1992 in Leichhardt, New South Wales.[citation needed]
